Chicken Bread Recipe

Why not surprise your loved ones this ramadan by making something delectable for them on your own! Here is a special recipe that they will love a-lot.
To make chicken bread, first we have to prepare the  dough.
Dough Recipe:-3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 table spoon butter milk/ cream- 1 teaspoon baking powder- 1 teaspoon salt- 1 teaspoon sugar- 1 table spoon yeast
Mix all the ingredients in lukewarm milk and fold until smooth and well combined.
Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and brush top with oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draft-free place until dough has doubled in bulk, about 2 hour.

Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and gently knead 1 or 2 times before using.
While the dough is doubling in its bulk you can prepare the filling. For the filling you need:
- 250g boneless chicken chunks
- 1 medium chopped capsicum
- 1 medium chopped onions
- 1 medium chopped tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilies
-1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 table spoon vinegar 
 Place around 2 table spoon of oil in a frying pan and add garlic and onion. Fry until they turn slightly golden. Now add the boneless chicken, salt and crushed chilies. Fry until the chicken is half cooked. Now add rest of the ingredients and cook until the chicken is done.
