Dates and Almond smoothie!!!

Things required:
1) Three table spoons almond butter.
2) 4 dates.
3) One cup low fat yogurt.
4)  One cup apple cider juice.
5) One cup ice.

Steps:
1) First blend almond butter, dates, yogurt, apple cider juice and ice together.
2) Add few almonds above the smoothie to decorate.
3) You may enjoy your healthy drink.
